Here is a comparison pic. The left is a straight render. Poser or D/S. The right is after simple, and I mean simple, postwork. I loaded the base render into PSP, Photoshop will do as well. I ran the 'Sharpen More' filter on it. Then 'Contrast Enhancement' with settings 'Darker, Normal, Bold'. Then 'Automatic Stauration Enhancement' with settings 'More Colourful, Strong' and the 'Skintones present' box checked if it is available. Then the 'Automatic Color Balance' with settings 'Strength 50, Tempurature 6500, Sunlight)

Then I copyed the original into layer 1 and ran Lithograph on it with the settings I gave you.
Blend mode 'Color', Transparency at 50%' and Viola! See how easy it is? :)
