You want artist "gumbydumbyhumby" blacklisted..
Why dont you just dont open image by "gumbydumbyhumby" in the first place...
Thats the best blacklist there is ..ignore the work of "gumbydumbyhumby" and your done..

Hi Jovial,We do not have the capability on the current platform to do this.
I would suggest setting your profile options "Filter images containing nudity" - make sure this is checked, and you will always see a big Content Advisory thumbnail to warn you that the image has nudity.

I don't understand... You want a blacklist to avoid watching certain artwork which is perilously close to breaking the laws in your country. You KNOW what artists you want to include. So ... why you simply avoid to click their thumbnails? Or you can't avoid to fall in temptation??? :tongue1:
Oh, sinner man, where you gonna run to ... :lol:

It's easy: don't open a gallery where their thumbnails could give troubles to you. Better than requesting Rosity a programming mess
I'm a Renderotica artist and I never could think in opening that site at work. Only at home and when my children are slept

Hi Guys,
Thanks for taking the time to respond.
@BAR-CODE
There seem to be too many artists for me to remember all the artists names who's work I want to avoid. I generally like browsing the new work (and seeing new artists) in the galleries, but I don't want to have to maintain a paper list of artists and have to cross check every new posting before I open it.
@KarenJ
Thank you. I was aware of the filter options, however it is not nudity or violence per se, that I want to filter out.
I like artistic nudity of age appropriate characters. It is the nude anime and rather young character pin-ups that I'd rather avoid, if possible. The thumbnails often do not give me much of a clue as to the apparent age of the character depicted.
The other, unspoken, issue is that there are some artists who's work I am just not interested in, period, but simply opting to only view the work of my favourite artists means I would not get to see any new artist's work.
@Casette
I'm definitely a sinner man, but, to be honest I am nearing the decision of having to avoid all of the new gallery postings (and simply viewing posts by my favourite artists) because there seem to be more and more images that I would choose to avoid - if I could.
@MGD
I think the TOS handles the thumbnails reasonably well and I only browse at home.
Best regards,
Jovial.
***all those giant boobs in the gallery thumbs may be against the law somewhere,
for all we know.
There shouldn't be any giant boobs in the gallery thumbs as it's against the TOS to have nudity in the thumbnails in the gallery unless I'm mistaken, if you've seen one it's probably because the gallery cop hasn't seen it yet or has missed it somehow.

Nudity may be banned in thumbnails, but according to the powers that be here, a gigantic boob w/ a wee tiny little pasty over the nipple or a gigantic boob with the nipple barely out of frame aren't nudity. (However, a hand fully covering a breast, is still nudity.)

Hi,
Can I make a request for artist blacklisting so that I can make a list of those artists whose work I DO NOT want to see in future gallery postings. Blacklisting should be kept private from the blacklisted artists (and does not mean they are bad artists), but I feel it is necessary because I keep viewing images which are perilously close to breaking the laws in my country.
There is also a need for a further content advisory for [ ] Young/Anime which would allow me to avoid accidentally viewing images which others might find distressing.
Please note that I am not asking Renderosity to censor artists or any images which are currently acceptable under the TOS, but I am asking for more control of what I can see as part of my experience of the Galleries.
Thanks for listening.
Regards,
Jovial.
