Subject: Order#: 111422105: All Files Corrupt

As several others have already reported, I too am also having trouble downloading the files from my latest order.

At this time I don't need my downloads reset, but I would appreciate it if Renderosity could notify me when the "technical difficulties" referred to in a previous post have all been successfully resolved.

Can you tell me which browser, browser version, and OS you are using to help us troubleshoot the issue?

Hi I am not the person you was talking to but I am also having this trouble and have tried both IE 7.0 and Mozilla 2.0. I am running windows vista

I am using Windows Internet Explorer 7.0 running on Windows Vista Home Premium.

Can you please see the link below and post what kind of browser, browser version, and OS you are using there? We are trying to ask everyone who is having trouble to post there so they will all be in one area and noone will slip through the cracks.
