Actually, you might want to look into Deneba's Canvas. It is one of the well-kept (poorly advertised?) secrets out there. It does a lot of what Photoshop (bit-mapped graphics), Illustrator (vector gaphics) and Page Maker (page layout) do. All in one package, so that you can work in all three modes on a single image without changing programs. I believe they have a "light" version for about $99. It's a steal for things like web graphics, and might help out with Poser. I tend to use both Photoshop and Canvas, while Illustrator hasn't been booted up in years. This doesn't solve your immediate problem, but it is something else to consider. - JimX

To change any file association, - open Windows Explorer. - select a file of the type you wish to change. - hold down shift and right click on selected file. - Select "open with..." from pop-up menu - choose program to associate it with from list and check box labelled "Always use this program to open this type of file" - click OK. This definately works in NT4 and Windows 2000. I believe it should also work in 95, 98 and ME. - Mark
