All,

We have had a few reports of people having problems opening the zip files after downloading them from here, but they can open them when downloaded off a different site.

Please visit this thread in the community center if you would like to help us troubleshoot the problem.

Thanks,
Jenifer

Hi Jen,  Just for some info for you and anyone else reading this, there is sometimes a way around a corrupt zip.  If you right click on the zip and hit "explore", you can then copy the runtime folder to somewhere else on your HD then rezip it.  Sometime you have to open the runtime folder and copy each individual folder and sometimes you have to open everything and copy one file at a time.  This works for me about half the time I try it, but I ususally make this attempt before I lodge a problem.

I tried this myself but all I ended up with were empty library folders without the content.

Jen and all those that have been having issues with R'osity pages not loading correct i thought i would inform you of this just incase it may not be a R'osity problem.

I admin on two online games and for the last 2 days we have had constant problems with the pages on both those site opening correctly. The company that hosts both those games issued a notice about it at 8:30Pm Australian time on 29th june, in that they are stated that there was a DNS issue affecting a few sites in the USA and Europe which was getting looked into. Looks like the problem was fixed as i now have no trouble with pages on here or those 2 game sites.

This may not be the problem with this site but i thought it needed to be brought up just incase it was.

I have opinions of my own -- strong opinions -- but I don't always agree with them.
