Okay, the last 2 purchases I made here at Rendo, When I go to unzip the files, I get several of the files are corrupt. CRC failed. The last one, Pappy tried to help me, but no matter what I tried, I was never able to resolve it. He was super nice.

Anyway, this time, it is not Pappy's, but Mariny's Fedelina for A4/V4.2. I have tried downloading and re downloading several times. When I try to unzip it, several of the files are corrupt. Not all of them but about 8 of them. The corrupt files are all jpegs. I really want to use this little cutie. Can anyone help?

I have tried Winrar and Winzip, both giving me the same results.

I also get a message that the extracted files files are not the same size as the  uncompressed  size in the zip file .

I have high speed cable internet and until these last two zips mentioned, I have never had a problem.

Now I have exceded my downloaded limits from trying to download the zip over and over. Can it be reset or maybe they can email me the file?

I downloaded one last time and here is the message i get now, trying to unzip it:

End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not a Zip file, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part Zip file.

There is a thread about this in the Community Forums here.  Apparently the problem occurs if you have a "Netgear" router.  Netgear routers have been corrupting file downloads

You need to disable SPI or something, and then your files don't corrupt.

Thanks Acadia, I went there and it sounds like the problem I have. I have scanned the internet to figure out how to access my netgear wireless router and finally after a long search, i was able to disable the SPI.

Now to see about having my purchase reset so I can try it again.

does it give you a pop up asking for name and password when you go to the netgear sight?

If so, the default name is admin and the password is password.
