Subject: INCOMPLETE ORDER: Ron's Flames

popeslattz ( ) posted Fri, 11 July 2008 at 11:32 PM · edited Thu, 14 November 2024 at 4:50 AM

I recently purchased Ron's flame brushes. I received the regular brushes, but not the traditional brushes. How do I get them?

KristiS ( ) posted Sat, 12 July 2008 at 10:47 AM

There is information in the read me file of the product on how to access all of your brushes.
It states there are 2 zip files downloaded from Renderosity and a 3rd zip file containing 5DSFlameBrushes3.abr that are downloaded from the vendors website.

Please let me know if this helps.

Thank you and have nice day  : )

Thanks very much for responding. I'll check the read me again to see if I missed this.

Just checked the Read Me file. It says that both sets are included, but there's only one and it doesn't include the traditional flames.

Thanks Kristie.
I  don't like to complain, and I realize that the extra set was supposed to be included for free, but I was looking forward to using these brushes. I've been really pleased with all of the other sets of Ron's brushes. They're a great set of tools for image creation. Has anyone else had this problem?

I was just informed that the brushes you are missing are in the same zip as the tutorial.

Please check there and if you need further assistance, please let us know.

Thank you and enjoy your brushes : )

Thanks again. I didn't think to look in the tutorial folder for the brushes. They were there! That's a great tutorial too. I tried it with the fog brushes and got some very cool effects.

Gratefully yours,
JoeE
