Subject: Need help in placing a decal on blump

Hi gang,  need a little help here:  The scene, a simple cigar shaped blimp.  I would like to place a flag right in the middle of it's side.  Here is what I've done--selected the polygons I wanted-three polys wide and two polys high.  When I place the flag, the image is way too large and I get just a blurred part showing,  when I tile it, I get six small flags, but offset (missing portions).

In Raydream 3D, it was so simple, just draw a paint area and import the flag.jpg.  Jan
