Hello,
 
I submitted a product package for review.  I had to make some changes to the Readme text and I did that and sent the edited text to my Vendor Product List edit.
 
However, I also have made a couple of changes in the Pose Library and have the .zip files corrected.  I would like to please re-submit them.
 
I did not see a way to send those edited files to you.  Will you please allow me to send them before my product submission is reviewed?
 
I would deeply appreciate you assistance with this.  This is my first product but I think all of correct now.
 
I am looking forward to your response most hopefully.

Hi Toni,

I've removed the zips that you previously uploaded and activated the VPA (Vendor Product Access) so you can now reupload just the zip files. 

If you need further assistance, please contact vendors@renderosity.com for assistance.

Hi Debbie,

 

I sure do appreciate your helping me like this.  I am trying to get it right.  But I think what I just did was to upload the wrong Desert Summer-ToniTextures1 .zip file.  Load1

 

The Load 2 is correct.  I may need to upload that first one just one more time..  Please.

 

Thank you most kindly for getting me through it this first time.  It is getting almost  laughable about know.

 

I bet the next time wont' be like this.  What a learning experience this is.

 

So........ I have them both there right now and am afraid to push the Finish button.  It says that I have to delete one of the above in order to upload another file.  I don't see how to delete it. 

 

What shall I do?  I'll wait at that point until you tell me waht to do.  Okay?

I have deleted that first zip for you, so you can go ahead and re-upload it when you are ready 😄

And thank the both of you for your help yesterday.  You made this Toni a very happy woman.  I am so glad that it is finally up there, I don't hardly know how to tell it.  I can say though, I am mighty grateful.

Hi Debbie,

I looked at my Product List in the my Vendor Room and there are three (3) products listed.  Numbers 65779 and 65785 should be deleted.  The last one #65810 should remain.  It has all of the correct files and images for Review.
