Lovely plastic flowers on styrofoam cup litter. The picture below me is something gigantically HUGE.

At 14,410 feet, Mount Rainier is the most prominent peak in the Cascade Range. It dominates the landscape of a large part of western Washington State. The mountain stands nearly three miles higher than the lowlands to the west and one and one-half miles higher than the adjacent mountains. It is an active volcano that last erupted approximately 150 years ago.

For our next entry, I'd like to see something rare!

Frost isn't really that rare, but to this extent...  I thought it was rare enough. I'd like to see something wild...

MrsRatbag ( ) posted Sun, 20 July 2008 at 8:30 PM

That frost is rare enough that I've never seen it!  Nice one!

wonderworld ( ) posted Sun, 20 July 2008 at 10:18 PM

Very cool frost! Love the mount MrsRatbag!

auntietk ( ) posted Wed, 23 July 2008 at 10:27 PM

Ooohh!  I missed a lot of fun stuff while I was hibernating.  Love the shot of Rainier, Denise.  :)

Something wild, huh?   ... ... ... I'll have to think on that.

MrsRatbag ( ) posted Thu, 24 July 2008 at 7:51 AM

Oh, what a little sweetie!  And isn't puppy breath the best?  I think my next dog will be a Jack Russell....

Meowgli ( ) posted Thu, 24 July 2008 at 8:11 AM

yep good one Tunde, works well - nice sense of movement..... now if only there was a beach near me for that sand shot....  ;)

can't say I've ever really noticed puppy breath Denise, but they're so great anyway I'm willing to believe you that it's the best... probably better than stopping every puppy owner I meet to ask if I can smell their dog's breath =D

Something to do with sand, eh?  Well, how about some sandy rabbit tracks crisscrossed by lizard tracks? This was taken in Canyonlands NP.  I really liked the sand so I took a couple shots. I would like to see some wild flowers (preferably still in the wild).

babuci ( ) posted Thu, 24 July 2008 at 8:40 PM

Like a lizard track, so tiny. Good sand color.

Wildflowers in the wild.  This is Queen Anne's Lace, against a backdrop of the Deception Pass Bridge.  Taken on an outing with Denise (mrsratbag).

The picture below me shows tape of some sort.  Masking tape, duct tape, scotch tape, video tape  ... ... ... your choice!  :)

Hello everyone, it's been a while...

Something scary for me was my 4-year-old son's allergic reaction to eating a line-caught fish last year... Needless to say, he doesn't eat ANY fish ANYMORE!!

The picture below me is a wig or any fake hair :b_funny:

Knarly rash! I'm glad I don't eat much fish! LOL!

Here's a scrunchy, it's suppose to look like your own hair when you wear it.

barbdennist ( ) posted Sat, 02 August 2008 at 8:47 PM

You beat me with the picture.  I was cropping my picture of Hoppy, the pet bunny, contained in his portable pen so he can graze on the grass.  What would you like to see next?

MrsRatbag ( ) posted Sat, 02 August 2008 at 8:52 PM

I'd like to see fur!

You made me chuckle.  When you beat me with the space needle I didn't finish cropping the bunny so I had to go back and start over.  Here is Hoppy, a very happy bunny out of his cage to eat some grass in his portable pen.

The picture below me is a picture of your grandson(s) and/or granddaughter(s), or both.

auntietk ( ) posted Sat, 02 August 2008 at 11:37 PM

I have a great-niece, but no grandkids.
I can't wait to see somebody's grandkids!

If its OK then the picture below me is your other camera. If its not OK then I'm off in a huff, coz I want to show off my picture in the paper.

babuci ( ) posted Tue, 05 August 2008 at 11:07 PM

Yes, I love the Fuji too, but I was moving to a camera where I can swap lenses and I like to take "zoom shots" where I am zooming a lens while pressing a shutter. Great fun and I could not do that with a s7000 unless I lean forward and back, but did not get a same result.

Bought this when they first came out, I believe it is now a dinosour as far as mobiles go, it still works to make calls and I won't replace it until it stops making them.  You can just see my Fuji FinePix lens cap in this shot as well.

The picture below me is a helicoptor.

A mobile phone it is...this one even has a picture of my camera on it for good measure! OK while on the techy sort of theme, lets see your ipod or MP3 player

Thats a helicopter above the Cobbler (in Scotland) either that or a big Midge! I'll try again then for the picture below me is your ipod or MP3 player!

JeffG7BRJ ( ) posted Wed, 06 August 2008 at 6:13 AM

I have an MP3 player somewhere, it was bought for me when I was retired from work, I don't listen to music though so it's in a cupboard or a drawer some where.  Still new in the packet.

aangus ( ) posted Wed, 06 August 2008 at 6:43 AM

Sounds about ready to be Ebay'ed then eh? (After you find it and stick its photo here!)
