I'm showing your order is available for download. You need to go to MY ACCOUNT under the MEMBERS tab on the top navigation menu and then click the order ID # and you will see the download link(s) beside the item title to download.

My last order did not go through, I think because the sum was ( I have used a cupon and money from a refund) zero.
I got the folloing message

The money was also taken from my refund and it is said that I already have ordered the items.
