Subject: order did not go through

My last order did not go through, I think because the sum was ( I have used a cupon and money from a refund) zero.
I got the folloing message

form validation error

The money was also taken from my refund and it is said that I already have ordered the items.

I'm showing your order is available for download. You need to go to MY ACCOUNT under the MEMBERS tab on the top navigation menu and then click the order ID # and you will see the download link(s) beside the item title to download.

it worked. But I would need information how to use the credit I have on my account, because when I use it, the billing sum is zero and I only can check out with paypal or credit card and both do not work. So what to do?

With your next order, you will want to type your instore credit amount in the box that is marked credit, you will then click the apply button and pay the amount that is left using a credit card or Paypal.

The problem is that the amount of my order can be less than the credit, so I use only a part of my credit and the billing sum is zero.
No way to go on.
