Subject: PLEASE HELP!

When I try to start P7 I get this

                                                   XML ERROR
                                                    Parse Error:junk afterdocument element at line 2.

What the hell does this mean. Last time it started up fine no changes now this error.
If you could help I would greatly appreciate it.

Try turning off the option to check for updates on start up in your preferences.

No can do phillc, it does not boot past the error. Thanks for trying.

OK find your preference files, make a back up just in case, then delete them. They will be in a folder someting like:-

C:Documents and SettingsAdministratorApplication DataPoser 7
