Subject: Help --Cannot use my Color Balance I am in gray scale mode

I somehow did something to where I cannot use my colors - I cannot use my color balance -- my brushes  its all gray scale. How do I get back to using colors. I have Photoshop 7.

Go to Image on the top toolbar.. Click on mode & see if grayscale is check marked.  If it is, change to RGB.

 yep more often than not, it's a color mode issue. 

happens to me quite often (especially dealing with multiple images)

I hadn't been using PS very long the first time it happened to me.  I hadn't found Rendo yet & didn't know anyone to ask so it took me a lloooonnngg time to figure out how to fix it..
