You need to tick the "Normals_Forward" box on the "Poser_Surface" node of the relevant material(s) in the Material room.

This pattern will always appear when 2 polygons occupy exactly the same space, as they do when the displacement value is 0 (i.e. Black on an unmodified displacement map).
