Subject: Artifacts with Shadow Light?

Hi all,

On one of the lights I've tweaked I've added a shadow light. As soon as I've added a glossy node to the eyes and reflection (and map) - I've ended up with strange artifacts on the eyes, such as what you see here. It's almost as if the glossy node is picking up on the shadow light. Attached to this post is a picture showing the problem.  I'm using "Black Eyes" from the Marketplace.

Is there any way to work around this? Or a setting that I need to adjust?

Thanks!

It looks as though the eyes are doing what they're supposed to do - reflecting something in the scene, possibly behind the camera, but certainly out of its view. Go through your hierarchy editor and see if there are any control props in your scene, and try making them invisible to see if that fixes it.

Thanks for your reply and tips, EnglishBob!  :)

I'll check and see. But as far as I know, there are only very few props in the scene - just attached to the character. I looked at the editor, but it shows nothing that I know of besides what is attached to the figure. I've noticed it seems to happen when I've added a reflection map (no matter what the map may be to reflect).
