Subject: OT: How to best spend a gift certificate

I'd like to thank the Renderosity staff for selecting the VanishingPoint user name as one of the randomly selected winners of the Marketplace Shopping Spree, for filling out the recent survey.

My question to everyone is: how would the shopping spree money best be spent? I have some ideas, but I'd like to hear how other people think it should be spent. In other words, what are your ideas to spend "free money"? 😄

Congrats on winning.

I'd probably look for something that I've really wanted for awhile and know that I'd like, but have always been talking myself out of for some reason or another.  Maybe if something was a little more expensive than the average thing or you had something kind of like it, but the one you didn't have looked pretty cool too.  I think some people try to "collect" all the items that particular vendors release, so if you are missing something like that, now could be a good time to catch up.

WARK!

Guessing I didn't win since I wasn't notified but would have been nice to get some kind of announcement. Actually forgot about it...lol

Interesting question, since I assume that the VanishingPoint account is a "front" representing several people. In which case, you have either to share it out between yourselves somehow, with a minimum of bloodshed (who actually filled in the survey form?), or spend it on stuff for Vanishing point as a whole. For example, items that you might want to make an add-on for; software that you might need in your work; that sort of thing.
