I am used to DAZ I am trying Poser .
Figures feet seem glued to floor.

Go to http://geekatplay.com/ they have some free tutorials on how to use Poser. They are really good for someone who is beginning to user Poser such as yourself.

Goto Menuitem "Figure"
Goto "Inverse Kinematics"
Uncheck leftleg and rightleg
Read the manual about "Inverese Kinematics" or IK to understand what you did.

Take a look in the tutorials section and there is a PDF downloadable, how to create your own beauty. (i think) you will find all you need to know there when it comes to posing.
