Hi.. I hope someone can help me..

I suddenly get error when I click with the mouse in the library or example shall click render setting, import +++

When I shall click on something inside poser, i get an error that poser have a problem and it shut down..

I have re-innstalled Poser 7 and the same problem are there..I did the same with Poser Pro, still have the same problem..

Poser 6 doesn't have that error.. But I don't like to work inside poser 6 after trying out P7 and PP.. I really hope to get those programs to work....

What can be the problem??

I have vista 32 bit system
                    - AMD Athlon (tm) 64 X" Dual Core Prosesssor 3800+  2,00 Ghz
and 2 GB RAM

Hi, did Vista automatically install new video drivers? Try switching to SreeD before a crash and see if this helps. If it does, your video drivers for opengl , which are used for the newer preview mode, are a problem for Poser.

regards...

This was happening to me too.

SreeD? I'm not sure what you mean by that.

I also have the latest Nvidia drivers and Poser 7 update. What is working so far was to right click the Poser exe go to compatibility(sp)and switch it to Windows 98.

The only thing I don't procrastinate is procrastinating. That I do right away.

Yeah I have a similar problem with current NVidia drivers and Poser 7 OpenGL preview, I have to use SreeD also.  What you do to switch is right-click in the Document window, and select "SreeD".  Exit and reload Poser and it should stay like that.  Not ideal, because SreeD is quite a bit slower moving around in a document, but at least it works.  Alternatively you can roll back to an older version of NVidia drivers, the last one that worked well for me was 175.16 (64-bit) - I'm about to do that.

Quiktime makes poser crash.  Has that been installed recently on your computer?

Yeah, it's most likely an OpenGL issue..Each company seems to implement it differently..Why there is no set standard that everyone follow is beyond me..ahh well.

Do you have problems with any other apps?

I had a similar issue on my mac and switching to sreed worked..of course, since I updated to the latest update on poser7 i havent had the issue.
