Subject: Include the first name of an artist in notification messages

Would it be possible to include the first name of an artist in notification messages?

Eg. I sometimes would name the artist by his first name if I give a comment and if you have lots of favorite artists it sometimes is a bit difficult to remember the artis first name ;)

I'll talk to the team about this but due to privacy issues, all artists might not be comfortable with this so I'm not sure it something we can do. I know its just the first name but some do not even want that out there for all.
