I have already address this email in the contributors forum but let me tell you about store credit. If The MarketPlace merchants would like to purchase items using the $$ from their sales here is what happens. 1) send an email to store@renderosity.com with the link to the item you would like to purchase. 2) Someone from the admin team will go into the store and purchase the item for you. 3) the price of the item will be deducted from your monthly sales. For those living outside the US this is a great way to purchase items without having to pay additional with the exchange rates. hope this answers your question, yvette
Aloha,this issue is related to my problem. I wanted to download items from your store. For some reason there is a problem between Hawaii and renderosity. Now if I change my order to the shippable disks, the venders, of the fine products that I wanted to order, don't get the credit and also don't know that any one was intested in ther products. Eventhough I still want to buy ther products it looks like I didn't. Mahalo,poserdad.

Someone buy one of my models, day after, i recive an email telling to me : A credit has been entered for one of your products in the Renderosity.com store. "Dates of buyer and model" Purchased item in error. no downloads made. Renderosity Store Staff What this? thanks.
