I have been having problems with photoshop lately i have un-installed re-installed it so i am not able at this time able to use it is there a program that will open PSD Files thanks for any help given.

Paintshoppro opens them, if you want a free program, I'm pretty sure GIMP also opens them but not 100% sure about that one.

I use PSD layers in PaintShopPro.

Recovery photoshop documents there is a adobe photoshop recovery. The utility uses modern wizard allowing to scan and analyze invalid psd data and repair it. The tool is compatible with any system configuration.
