What does download/pending mean?  I can't find a place to download my purchase.
Am I supposed to wait for it via e-mail?

Your purchases have been activated and can now be downloaded. To download you will go to 'My Account' under the 'Members' option, then select the order number to access your download.

I have a problem. while in the midst of making a purchase via paypal i was on step 4 of 4 but remembered that i had forgotten to use my $5 gift certificate and tried to go back and correct it. but when i tried to input the GC# i got a message saying that there was nothing in my cart. but yet my order history shows that the product was indeed ordered but unpaid. at that point i was totally confused on how to correct the problem. can you please help!

Hi riske,

I have cancelled that pending payment order as there is no way to go back and add the Gift Certificate once you have completed the actual order process.

So please go add your item to your cart again and don't forget to use the $5.00 Gift Certificate!!

Same here, Order 111497909 paid with Paypal and says "paid" but no download available. Do purchases always have to be activated this way or are the getting activated by just waiting?

I posted this in another thread but no reply yet...
My $5 doesn't show up as deducted. It says I owe the full price. I made an order and when I tried to pay for it, PayPal closed my browser. I can't find a link to get back and pay for it. (That is minus the 5)
Can you please help me complete my order? It says I used the $5 but I didn't.

Please see the link below from our FAQ section on how to complete your paypal payment. Please remember to send an email to store@renderosity.com after you have made your payment along with the order # and paypal transaction id # so we can verify your payment and mark your order as paid.
