You can see the UTC time here

Just enter that as the date/time and you're set. All your pictures will then have a UTC stamp. Since UTC doesn't know DST it's never wrong. You just have to take into account the +x or -x hours of your timezone when looking at the time :P

Just a reminder that the correct date and time on cameras is important. This is especially true when shooting a gig and you forgot about Standard (savings) time.
Don't make the same mistake I did. SET your cameras clock back/forward at (and to) the right time!
