Hello everyone. Brand new scanner came home today. Decided to scan in a few pics for your judgement. I've never gotten into colour photography personally, love black and white too much. I knew she was wearing the jewelery, and had no urge to get them taken off. No specific reason, but sometimes it gives the eye something else to look at. It doesn't really enhance the image, but i won't ask them to take anything off unless i feel it will detract from the final prints. The last modelling shoot i did, I specifically asked her to wear one of those gigantic (yet thin) necklaces, u know, the ones that look like the ones hollywood stars wear. Cant describe it really, kinda like the ones the look like they fill in the gap of a low cut shirt. I dunno, sometimes I like, sometimes I don't. Thanks for the critique though man. ry

lol, that thread got way out of hand, and became something it was never meant to be: A flame war. The only people who've personally messaged me are ones that, even if they think what i've done/still doing is/was wrong, they do understand it. I dont got 7grand to spend on software, so poof, the company hasn't lost any money! Anyways, enough rehashing. People are ignorant (myself included), but there is no need to broadcast false facts. I shot 3 rolls in that photo shoot, arugably my favorite prints came from them, aside from the double negative "snakeskin(as u dubbed it)" print, which is my 16x20 pride and joy. Thanks for the comments though man.

I like both pics, but I lean more towards the second image. :-) One comment though... the underwear in the first pic doesn't match lol

do your socks match your underwear on a regular basis? Just wondering if I'm the only one... ry

I usually match top undies with bottom undies, but I match my socks with my shirt top :-) (yes, on a regular basis LOL)

I just wear black all the time. It,s much easier. Why do you match your socks with your shirt stars? I always figured to match the socks with the pants. He has on underwear? By the way I liked the first on better. I guess I didn't "feel the heat of the second one." But I like the shadow use of the second one better. Bsteph

Bsteph, I like multicolored socks! :-) I wear sneakers with jeans most of the time, and I don't want to wear blue just to match my pants ;-)
