Does anyone know where I can get some piano poses for V4.2 and a poseable piano?

Thank you!

Attached Link: Player piano

My upright piano, with all keys movable, is at the link.

I don't know of any free grand pianos, but I think there's
a non-free one in the marketplace here.

Posing Vicky shouldn't be too hard ... just start with a seated
position on the bench, spread the fingers, bend the hands
downward, and get the arms to look right.

Here's a quickie pose for Judy sitting at my piano.  Might give you a starting point.

The attached file is a TXT because Renderosity requires TXT for attachments.

Rename it to Judy-At-Piano.pz2 and put it in a Pose library.

You could start with ockham's pose and then use PoseMagic to very quickly move the fingers and arms around.  If you're going to animate, it would speed up your process incredibly.

Isn't there a piano in the free poser 5 content CD?

The Poser 5 CD is available free on whatever site you download Poser from.  At least it was for me when I bought Poser 6.   Try going to the site, entering your serial number and looking in their downloads area for additional content.

The Ballroom Expansion Set at DAZ includes an elegant grand piano and matching piano bench. But I doubt if the keys are movable - it is a prop not a character. If you are a Platinum member at DAZ the set is $1.99 but be sure to get the Ballroom, too for another $1.99.

If I were making a piano pose I would find some pictures of concert pianists on the Internet, start out with a basic seated pose and then pose the collars, shoulders and forarms to get a position that looked like the photo and do the hands and fingers last.

you can get free or low cost grand pianos at Turbosquid. Just search on "piano" and list from low price to high.

Then you could move Ockham's keyboard only into it for a poseable moving keys situation.

One think i can tell you ockham's script works to make the keys play!!!

[Hi Ockham, have forgotten our little experiment on this using your script. It will come back around for me at some point.]
