Subject: Shadows

Need help with shadows. Now I know how to rid of the ground shadows, but How do I keep other shadows such as ones behind the arms to shadow onto the wings and such?

Your shadows are light depend.  Every light in Poser will cast a shadow as a default.  If you only want 1 light to cast a shadow but still want to have additional fill illumination, turn off shadowing on all except the light of interest.
