Before I go ahead and buy it can any one tell me if you can use DAZ cylorama in vue 6 infinite ?

Oh Yes you can! I use it some time for studio like renders.

You'll need either Poser or Daz studio to use it though.  With Poser you'd just save it as a Pz3 file.  With Daz Studio you'd save it as an obj file (I think - I don't use Daz studio)

I have to say, one of the reasons I went to Vue in the first place is because of Poser's inability to do decent outdoor scenes, even if using the Cyclorama. I just wonder why you would want to use Cyclorama inside Vue when Vue can do a better job anyway!
If I want a different background inside Vue I'll usually use a Camera backdrop.

just wondering if it woul be quicker to render I have created figures in poser then imported in to a scene done in vue and  end up with 25 hours of render time

Hmm, I have to agree with thefixer, I moved to Vue as I found Cyclorama a bit limited.
But as I think about it I often put together groups of terrain so i can just slot stuff together quick.
Kinda like a Cylcorama?? (Yes its true, I am both lazy and impatient)
I guess not everything needs to be a poly model, TV & film have been using stand up sets for ages. A tree covered mountain in the distance or a just an image at the back layer of a bunch of close up Vue terrain, it shouldnt realy matter as long as the whole thing works.

The main thing I use the cyclorama for is the photographic backdrop style textures when doing figure portraits.  I much prefer Vue's rendering over Poser's but I want it to look like a studio photograph so a decent looking cyc cloth is a good way to get that look.
