What do I do to get rid of this wierd bend?

Set side to side to zero on forearm. You can fudge and offset side to side till crease improves too. Only for the still shot though..

If you use P7 there is the morph brush.  And always the joint editor...

I'm using P6 and the side to side did work a bit but not enough. I need her arm in that possition.

If there are no morphs/'morph magnets' to cover this, then using a magnet or JP bulge settings are two possible solutions.  Unfortuantely, Poser's rigging/skinning isn't sophisticated enough to act like muscle deformers or do collisions to avoid interpenetration of polygons.

C makes it easy to shoot yourself in the foot. C++ makes it harder, but when you do, you blow your whole leg off.

Or you could easily fix it in PSP or PS with a deformer brush.

It's fixed now, thank you all. I've decided to pose her a bit different after all.
Yes I know it can't be fixed in post, but I was puzzeld because I thought this wouldn't happend on V4
