Subject: New Update and Plants

Paula Sanders ( ) posted Tue, 02 December 2008 at 9:10 AM ยท edited Sun, 12 January 2025 at 2:18 PM

I put on the new update and I no longer could load any plant species other than grasses. I couldn't select any other and after a few tries the program closed. Vista 32 Ultimate 4 gig using maximum number of gigs. I cancelled the update and the plants work perfectly.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I was thinking of writing a post-mortem of my predictions on Vue and I was going to write that my forecast of a stable version 7 was completely off (I predicted about March '09).

Luckly, E-On is doing their best to morph a solid point-0 release into a quamire of bugs... and make my prediction right.

Thanks a lot, E-On

Bye!!!

P.S.: obviously, bugs like these force the delay of non pro versions... and my prediction of general availability in Jan '09 is almost here... I should start a fortune telling business.

Hello,

No problems with plants over here (new beta and VISTA64 business). I tried several bushes, trees, scifi and grasses. All load fine.

Ciao

I removed the update and put it in again and all is OK. Go figure.
