Subject: me ok... ot..
Well it's certainly good to her from you, one of the few folks I know currently in India. I have some friends there for a yoga traing workshop and there was those meditators in the mix that gave me a bit of a scare but my friends were all at the ashram with no radio/T V and my e mail was the first they'd heard...seems they wisely shut out the outside world when working on things of a spiritual nature there...but at least they were warned form Canada to stay away from Bombay...I know it's Mumbai but Bombay rhymed better.. ...
Once
in a while I look around,

I also worried about you when I heard the terrible news. As far as humans are concerned, it brings a great sadness to me that humans have not evolved any since as far back as history goes. But not all humans are that way. So I always hold on to the hope that we will evolve and all will become peaceful.

Ang, I hope we do evolve, but the trouble is that the millstones of evolution grind exceedingly slowly - but we might eventually get a nice loaf of bread out of it.

Meh, most folk are decent, soem are saints, just a tiny fraction are evil, psychopathic bastards, but, when we have billions of folk, that means you have severla million monsters...
We notice the monsters because they cause harm, the vast majority who don't cause harm we don't think much about as we know they aren't gonna hurt us (except by accident..Indian roads...omg!)
So, we notice the evil swine more. DOn't worry about it, we're evolving , sloooowly.
Glad yer ok, and none of my Indian relatives were hurt far as I'm aware. :)

Been getting lots of mail..and then thebryster said i ought to tell everyone here me ok.
Mumbai is 4 hours drive from where I stay..and though I frequent the Taj coffeeshop if me on that side of town, and I've been to the Oberoi/Trident pretty often.
