Hi I have placed an order this morning and upon trying to install the 1st folder of the clothing set,   'da brat!_1of2_68640', windows comes up with an error message informing me that the folder is invalid or corrupted.

I have tried downloading it twice, but the result is the same.

Could you look into this asap please.

I double checked the file, and it extracts fine with winzip.  What version of winzip are you using?

Hi debbie,

I'm not sure, but it failed to unzip on both of my machines when I tried winzip. However, in the last 10 minutes I have been able to unpack the file using winrar, so no drama's.

Hey Nick,

That is just plain weird!  Usually the files work with winzip and DON'T work with winrar.
