Betty Page has died at 85 following a heart attack a few days ago.

Betty played the Bad Girl whose sweetness always shown through, while Marilyn Monroe was the Sex Kitten who couldn't quite hide her sadness. 

I thought this might be noted here because it seems to me that Betty set a standard that still inspires half of the pictures in the Poser Gallery, mine included...

Sad.  She truly set the standards but in it's day.  She will be missed.

What's so odd is that Bettie became more popular lately with a different genration. I remember my mom talking about how cool she was. Brought about a lot of changes in her own way.

BTW, I think that the "Sin" character for V4 over at DAZ is supposed to look a lot like Betty, so if anyone wants to make a tribute render ...
