Good Day Everyone and Happy holidays I come before the all knowing one's for advice This is for anyone who owns the MFD from Daz for V3. I am using Poser 5.

I am having a bit of trouble posing the dress to match the figure. I have enclosed a sample of the pose I'm trying to get. If I use the "full skirt" morph, the gown does cover the figure however, the dress doesn't drape the figure curves. I've been playing  around with the morphs for a couple of days and can't get it right. Any suggestion?
Many thanks to all.

Please spay and neuter your pets. Strongly consider shelter adoption before spending $500 to $1000. If you MUST part with that kind of money for a pet, go to your local shelter, donate the money to them and pickup a highly adoptable pet. The shelters could sure use the donation.

This thread helped me with that same issue:

If you had Poser 6 or Poser 7, you would be able to use the dress in the cloth room and get a more natural look to the skirt. But unfortunately Poser 5 doesn't have the capability to do that. My love of the cloth room and the ability to use the MFD inside it, was what motivated me to finally upgrade to Poser 6.

It helps with this outfit if you have it's display set to outline or wireframe, makes it easier to see where your edges are!

Try the walking morphs on the "HIPS" as well as the movements when you choose the "SKIRT" body part.

Acadia,

I've been thinking of getting P6, as it's currently priced at 29.99 til 12/31/08. Would you please tell me how P6 would differ with reguards to posing cloth.
Happy holidays and thanks for your time.

Assuming you mean compared to P5, then the difference is that all the options work properly (see the thread Acadia linked earlier).
If you can manage the $99 for P7 then you'd be better off getting that as it's better than P6.
