Vue F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 26 6:57 am)
LOL! Those are EXACTLY the ones that wouldn't work on my system! Just write to E-On support and have them send you the files again...that is if you don't still have the original installation files and ID codes. After re-installing the files your veggies should work just fine. -SMT
I'd rather stay in my lane than lay in my stain!
All the plants is ok now on my Vu4 installation But,in Vue3.1,the red coral always refuse to load, even i downloaded new file several times:is was ok with 3.0 but not with 3.1 and the same file red coral is ok now with version 4.I think is something with biosphere file:what exactly this file do?Now i have only biosphere4.dll but in Vue 3 i had biosphere3.dll,biosphere2.dll and biosphere1.dll Why each plant we buy there has a new biosphere file with it?
E-on Software tech support has e-mailed back saying that they are aware of this problem. They say it normally only affects one or two of the the plant species. It was my luck to draw five problem plants. A patch is in the works that is suppose to address this issue. So I will simply wait to see if this fixes my problem. I to noticed the biosphere dll files, but have no clue as to what their purpose is. JAS
I am one of the lucky ones, all my plants transferred to v.4 with no problem at all, and I thank my lucky stars! I don't know what the biosphere files are for either, but there's always been one in each plant package. It seems odd, but I assume they have some kind of purpose. :: I'm just glad E-on is so responsive to stuff like this.

Hi Everyone, I just thought I would toss this one out there and see if anyone else is having a problem with this. I brought all the plant files over from the Vue 3.1 folder into Vue 4 just like the nice letter from e-onsoftware said without over writing any of the current files. I have 5 vegetations that refuse to work. Orange Tree Kentia Walnut Tree Lomabrdy Poplar Aucuba I tried reinstalling the files through Vue 4 creation/new vegetation menu entering the codes for each plant, Vue 4 indicated that everything had installed just fine, but the same 5 plants refuse to work. I saw where someone had their long grass behaving this way. (Mine works!) I have e-mailed e-on with the problem, and await their response. Otherwise the program is running without any apparent problems. JAS
