Reflection maps are not available in all Vue versions. What Vue version are you using?
If you use an HDR map to light up your scene, the HDR map will alqso be used for reflection from Esprit and up ( dunno about Pioneer and Easel). Depending on your Vue version (Infinite and xStream, and possibly Complete), you can use a different reflection map than the HDR map.
The refmap is loaded in the atmosphere editor, effects tab, if you want to use one map for all reflective objects, or in the davanced material editor for different refection maps on a per material basis.
In the refection tab of the advanced material edotor, tick the "use reflection map" box, then click the load button and browse to the map you want to use. Click on use default if you have loaded a map in the atmosphere editor, and if you want to use this default map.
Note, with Infinite, you can make an HDR of your own scene, export that and use it for reflection maps or even scene lighting ;)

I have a glass terrarium. I would like it to reflect a room that is not there. Is there such a thing as a reflective sphere or something. I don't want to use HDRI lighting. (global illumination.) Thanks Vue 6 studio pro.
