What do you think of the Kodak Z1015 IS camera? 

Specifications ... 10MP; 15x Optical; 64MBy internal; SD/SDHC slot; 
JPG or RAW; QUICKTIME video format MPEG4 with stereo sound;
HD (1280 x 720) at 30 fps ...

At $200 is that a bargain or a brick?

It says it's refurbished so that's probably the reason for the price...

Not as much difference as you might expect ... the same camera
(new) is on amazon.com for $229.88. 

What do you think of the camera itself ... features, lens, ... ?

It's a decent Camera for the money..a lot of nice features at that price point
