HI;

I'm looking for a good poser book that describes in detail how to adjust and make the best use of keys etc.

For example, when I make an adjustment to an animation, at one frame it affects the frames, before and after, anyway of adjusting or isolating a single frame or frames changes, in say a 180 frame sequence?

For example, I have a marching soldier,  half way through his march, say frame 90 of 200, I want him to snap his head to the right give a big salute, as he marches along.

Any advice.  I've opened up the sequence graph and chart with poser animation, but it seems near imposible to adjust.  Are their any tutorials or good books lut there?

You should read the section on animation in the Poser manual. Theres a pdf version in the poser program folder or you can access it through the HELP menu in poser.  It explains about the interpolation types and the use of break spline.
