The only problem with emails is that there is a limit to the size of file that can be sent. If you use instant messaging, such as Live Messenger then there is no limit.
As for speed, this depends on your internet connection, your maximum uploading speed is much lower than downloading speed, possibly only 5%. This affects all methods of sending the files.
Thank you both for your answers. Yes... I have worked it out that it was probably my internet. I have a wireless conection and it usually has only 1 or 2 bars out of 5.
I finally got the files up loaded but it took me most of the afternoon. I guess I just have to realise that it's going to be a whole lot slower than down loading. Do you know it I pay for it.... will it be any faster. If it's to do with the internet.. I would guess not.

What's the best program for sending files to a friend? She is going to check them before I try to sell them. I know of such places as Sharecg and have used them, but I don't want them (the files) 'out there' for everyone just yet as I still have some fixing to do.
At the moment I am trying 'yousendit', but it's taking so very long to upload. Of cause
I'm going for the free way at the moment as I don't want to spend money until I have seen what they are like and how fast they are.
Any help or suggestions on this will be gratefully accepted and appreciated.
