Hi Duane,

I didn't get an error message when i tried to download the files. Try it again and if it does not work let us know what OS you are using, what type of router, and what web browser? Also are you able to download the file at all? If so are you getting the error message before or after you download the file?

 Hello Preston
I did try downloading it again and I believe the message pops up at the end of the download.
I using crap Vista, an actiontec router, safari, mozilla and ie browsers and this has never happened with any other file.
Thank You for your help.
Duane

Bare with me. We are trying to figure this out. What are you using to unzip the file with?

bagfish ( ) posted Fri, 16 January 2009 at 2:02 PM

runzip and or i just click on the file to open it which it does but in trying to copy to the runtime folder
it indicates it is going to take 8 hours thanks for your efforts.

Is there another location that you can try and download it from or bypass the router and download from hardline? We cannot seem to replicate the problem. We have downloaded and unzipped both the files and cannot get an error. Our thoughts are that the error you are getting is being caused by your router.
