 It's a virus of some sort..worth reading the article.. ...

 

Once in a while I look around,
I see a sound
and try to write it down
Sometimes they come out very soft
Tinkling light sound

it may be in re: downadup worm/Conficker. could be very bad. see fsecure.com for chart of infected zombie machines.  there's a site I'd like somebody to scan for me, but I don't have windows, hence I dunno how to scan it. said site is of concern, as a link to it was posted here for no apparent reason, shortly after the downadup worm was announced, and I don't want 'rosity to be targeted for a DDOS event.

Doesn't that make use of the auto run feature when installing programs? Thought I read about that earlier.

yes, jumpy. the first I heard of it was those USB-loading picture frames
that were popular presents last xmas.  I didn't get one because it seemed
like a regular flat-screen HD TV, which can also do that, was a better deal.
no word on whether said TVs also had this autorun worm thing.
