Ok I know Autodesk aquired Realviz and I was able to activate Matchmover on thier web site (autodesk) about 9 months ago, so I installed matchmover on my new laptop and clicked on the manual activation link and as before it took me to autodesk's web site but not to the product activation page. fine I thought ok so I will need to dig around a bit to find the page - no luck doesn't exist. I tried to re register but autodesk doesn't have matchmover as an option.

Ok I tried to send an email to tech support they provide under the contact us link, I fill out all the required information click on submit and bang it comes up with a broken link error message (WTF).

any one eles able to get matchmover activated if so how?

You gotta love big software companies and the customer centric dedication. ;)

I did reactivate Matchmover with them about two month ago, i did from my Autodesk account.
Just email to Autodesk support with your problem, they answer very fast to me.

I tried to create an account but when it asked what product I wanted to register matchmover wasnt in the list so I couldnt complete the registration. I did try to send them an email using thier online form but when I hit sumbit I got a broken link error.

Do you have a direct email address for them?

The link takes me to "The Page You Were Looking for Was Not Found" how ever I did find an email address for product activation.

If anyone else has this issue here it is "authcodes(at)autodesk(dot)com".

Volter - Thanks for your help.
