hey - that's not so bad :o) but I think it must have even more transparency ... (if you look at the legs ...)

I did the same thime but I made mine a bit more blotchy, like in my newest image the fog(blue) is in the background. I did it blotchy so i could keep the demarkation line better hidden, but your texture is alot more even like a fog back that has rolled in and will be around a bit.

you can also map her legs to make the fog les sharp maybe by fading them in with a texture or a transmap maybe.
