Hi!
I need some help. Is anyone know how to use wind force in poser7?
Or is there any tutorial about this topic?

I've used it.

Best first hint is to ensure that the Spread Angle and Range are set such that they encompass the object being blown.

The effect will only become apparent during a cloth simulation.

What particular issues are you having?

I think to use some hair... But it is for only clothes i'll not.

Yes it will work on strand hair and mesh hair if you treat it like cloth.
