Love the mirror shot, Bill.  It's perfect for this, and of course I know when you took the pic!

@ Piet ... I love this building.  I think you missed all the hoopla at the beginning of the month when I was frantically trying to remember where I'd seen the first one and find the image again!  Thought I'd gone 'round the bend, but the boys pointed me in the right direction.  :)

Nice shots, Char!  :)

I was tickled to come back here and find all the activity.  Yay!

Yes it is, Sweetie!  I'm very pleased.  :)

(And congrats, btw!  I just put this all together.)

Now I've had an idea for a shot that I could enter in this challenge since page 2 when Tara said (and I quote)
**Oh RJ, you're such a pill.  :)
**
wherein I got this mental image....

They say a picture is worth a thousand words...

So where do they go when a photograph leaves you speechless?

I had to wrack my brain a bit to remember where the shot was that I wanted to add to my "framing"  but I did find it.  So here is the end result...

: )

BTW, I found the picture in another fun page, "words in pictures"

Thanks you guys I feel already at home after my absence. Welcome to you Shari, I thought you left us my dear.

Tara I am so tempted to add some more from that old building, it's an awesome place looking through frames into the past but heaven forbid. I will have to be a little more creative this time.

Mary, you always have the most interesting places in your photos, these are no exception. Excellent choice for the challenge too.

Nice second choice Ronnie. Several frames in frames there.

Saw that door a few days ago Auntie, wanted to open it a bit more and have a peek inside.

I'm late...I'm always late but at least I remembered to take this shot while wandering around outside my son's house having a smoke.  Not very imaginative but I like it for the cultural aspect...most of the houses in their little town have windows decorated much the same way. The sun was just coming up and lit the trees so nicely for their intense reflection in the glass.

I'll try to do better. But thanks, Ronnie. I have lots of photos I took that would qualify but I don't like the quality and hate just putting something up to fill up the space here.

I remember spending time with my Canadian relatives when I was younger and everything they said ended in "eh?"  I do it myself from time to time.  As a side note... mother was British Canadian and not French Canadian. Does that make a difference?

Just checking in, seeing how the challenge is going;  looks like u all are still having a ball.  :) Excellent stuff you guys!

Sorry I haven't been around much .. work has been very demanding of my time and energy ... son home from college, too, this whole next week.  Now it seems I might be coming down with a bug.  I haven't been sick in 9 yrs .. Hoping with extra rest, I will have fought it off by morning.  Crossing my fingers.

Hope u all are doing good ... :)  Major thaw here in Minnesota .. I think we're finally out of the deep freeze for a while.

Hugs all around .........
