Subject: Strange Poser 6 Render Problem

Hello,

my costumer has a strange problem with a product of mine.

i attached two images which he rendered and i really don't know what causes this problem :(

It's Poser 6 running on a Mac.

Any help would be very appreciated!

i'm no expert, but it appears the textures are not mapped to the figure correctly, or the textures are for another figure and used on Miki

it seems that this is miki 2 and my texture pack is also for miki 2...

the eye textures are working fine so that's really strange...

i'll contact my costumer again to ask, if this is miki 1 or 2...

It looks more like the texture isn't correctly decoded / the wrong decoding algorithm is used.
What format are the textures? Is your customer using a MAC and you a PC or the other way round?

i also thought that this problem is caused by his MAC.

the textures are all in .jpg format and i'm using a PC!

Just to let you know that it's not a general problem. I'm on a Mac and your texture pack for Miki 2 works fine for me.

Textures larger than 4096x4096?

it almost looks like it's tiling hundreds of times.

Poser 6 on Mac has problem with textures larger than 4000x4000. Try resizing the textures to 4000x4000 or smaller,
