Subject: What is 'Objaction Mover' and how to use it? ':-/

Hiya. I got myself some free treatz for P4 and in the *.txt file it says I should use 'Objaction Mover'... what is it, and can I get the shirt to work without it? is all confused -Fire

First of all you have to have the obj file that it's asking for. Then you can download a program called objaction mover, written by Maz. What it does is if I want to create a shirt say, and it's for an object that is not mine, I can encode with Maz's objaction mover and you can decode it with the same program. If you don't have the original obj though it won't do you any good. Say it calls for a Micheal clothing pack shirt.obj and you don't own the clothing pack, then the mover won't do you any good, nor will the obj file you downloaded. It's a way of sharing files without sharing the obj, and so protects the originals. Go to freestuff and do a search for objaction mover or Maz and you should find it. Marque

Also make sure the geom file it is reading is archived. If it is read only you will get an error message. Ron

Ha! So THAT'S it! Thanks Ron, I know how to use Objaction Mover, but I have a couple of things which never worked, in spite of having the proper .obj files. I never thought about the "read only" thing. Sheeesssh! Thanks! -Mike
