the hair can use a bit of detail, I usually do this by making several layers. Remembering that hair does not lay in a glob on most heads, I make several layers using different colors, varying the brush settings between screen, overlay, normal and maybe burn...or dodge, I use a very small brush and begin making the hair in squiggly sweeping lines...follow the flow of what you might imagine is either the air or gravity....if the figure has turned their head you can add the idea of motion by swirly hair lines...also remember that hair catches the light differently so I might experiment with a light on one layer another on another layer....vary the opacity then when you get the look you like collapse the layers.... the trim on your clothes is a bit flat...maybe you want to bring it up a little with a touch of nozzles ...or otherwise put a little touch of something...her neck needs to be smoothed where it is twisted a little, and a touch of a highlight on the lips...hmmm...just a little light to brighten the lovely face.... Your image is very good, I hope my suggestions help you explore other ways of preparing the image....I hope you do not think that I am not likeing your image, but you did ask for some suggestions....
