All I can say is...WOW

Knight lived in an era when, as long as you looked important, you could sneak in anywhere. He was the only photographer at a 1968 Jimi Hendrix show, and was gutsy enough to bring just one roll of film. That's 36 total frames, which, at the time, seemed like more than enough. Today, some photographers are shooting 20 frames per second.

He was the only photographer at Stevie Ray Vaughan's last performance in 1989

I see a lesson here..Today we click click click

Because it's digital

C'mon he went to see Hendrix and brought 36 exposures !!!!

It reminds me to slow down and think about what I'm shooting

There was a time when I would think 36 was plenty...how could I possibly shoot 36 shots of the same thing!      I admit, I am a better photographer today but this makes me really slow down and think about it.

The photos are great.

I love the shot of Alice Cooper!!!! I have rarely seen any of him without his stage makeup on. What an incredible feeling to be allowed to get into their space like that. I think of all the concerts I ever went to and not once did I have a camera with me!

Thanks for the link, it brought back a lot of memories!!!
