Subject: Shoulder fix product?

I am looking for this and I already can't find it...recent product to correct shoulder joints.  "Real" and "Shoulders" come to mind but can't find anything in a search.  Help please?

there are also some free morphs (V4Crease Morphs) made by operaguy - I think it was over at DAZ3D, but I am not sure ...
