THE PLACE FOR ALL THINGS BRYCE - GOT A PROBLEM? YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE

Subject: converting lwo models?

i found a lwo model of a 128 mercedes ss. i used a program called poseray to convert it to obj. the trouble is that half of the models comes out discolored(hope that is a good enough expression) when i render it in bryce. i even tried to color the whole model in a standard bryce car paint. then half the model comes out black in patches. any suggetions? anyone who have converted lwo models with success?

Once in a while I look around,
I see a sound
and try to write it down
Sometimes they come out very soft
Tinkling light sound

http://dmi.chez-alice.fr/models16.html - just scroll back and forth between the pages. a lot of very nice models. but the mercedes didnt render well in bryce. so i guess there might be others as well. i love the 0ld ford cars 😄

I think blender can let you fix that... or possibly C4D could...

Have you tried Wings3D? - it's great fun.   Er... don't tell the Bryster I said that...
